Delivery charges

England,Wales and Scotland mainland £3.99+vat = £4.79 or £6.99+vat = £8.39 depending on weight, value and location. There is a simple calculator in the cart for shipping cost for products chosen and to delivery postcode.

Next Day delivery option available £7.49+vat = £8.99 Monday to Thursday. For weekend deliveries please call 01753 683683.


You can collect goods from our warehouse and there will be no delivery charge -  just e-mail or call beforehand.

Deliveries within the London congestion zone may incur a fee. You will be contacted before we dispatch the goods to agree the fee before a final charge is made to a payment card.

Small parcels may be delivered via Royal Mail. Delivery is typically 2 to 3 working days after dispatch, subject to availability, however, delivery may take up to five working days or more on some items or during busy periods. Please contact us if you require an expedited delivery.

We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or BFPO (British Forces Post Office).

Delivery will be between the hours of 7am and 6pm; we are unable to confirm a time.

Deliveries will be attempted at your chosen address on the following day if the first delivery was unsuccessful (a £3.00 charge may apply). If your delivery was unsuccessful on the second attempt then a card will be left at your address allowing you to contact the delivery service depot and arrange a collection or request another delivery. Requesting a further delivery will cost £3.00 if you do not wish to collect. If you cannot collect your goods within 3 days or have not paid for the re-delivery then any goods will be returned to our warehouse after 10 days. Returned orders will be refunded via the method of payment less a £9.99 charge for the attempted delivery and administration.

Force Majeure - shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.


Returns can only be accepted once a Returns Reference number has been obtained from customer services on 01753 683683 or email us at . If you need to return a product purchased from then you have 14 days after delivery to do so.

The returned goods must be in a resalable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us.The goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories.

If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 14 days.

Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge and will be processed after the return of the goods (or supplying the evidence of having sent back the goods) within 14 days by the original means of payment.

Business-to-Business Returns

All returns to us of goods we have supplied to Businesses must be authorised by us in advance. Handling charges will be applied on any correctly supplied order returned for authorised credit at 20% of the value of the goods returned subject to a minimum total handling charge of £20.00. You will be responsible for the return freight costs. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted by us and will be returned to you at your cost.

This returns policy does not affect your legal rights.

Cancellation of Orders

You have a period of 14 days after the date of delivery within which you can cancel the contract and get a full refund, including the original postage and packing charges. You are required to pay for the cost of returning the item, unless the item was faulty or incorrect. To withdraw from the order (contract) you must inform us about your decision by statement ( a letter sent by post, fax or email). We will reimburse to you all payments received from you , including the cost of delivery ( but only the standard delivery cost) without a delay and not later than 14 days from the receiving goods back (or supplying the evidence of having sent back the goods) or your statement of cancellation of the order (if we offer to collect goods). Reimbursement will be carried using the same means of payment as you used in initial transaction, unless agreed otherwise. We will not charge you for this reimbursement.
